SISC has 2 High efficiency 750KW Powertrack furnace panels with 4 melting crucibles of 1200 kg each, ensuring ample capacity for high volume production.

Our engineers are experienced in 3D modelling, dimensional analysis, methoding practices, and solidification simulation using MAGMA™. We assist customers in identifying the optimal chemical composition and heat-treatment practices to achieve their required mechanical parameters . Furthermore, the team also assists in converting fabricated components to castings for cost and efficiency optimization.

Our Shell Sand Injection presses are 900 x 600 x 450 Automated presses with a 70 kg mould weight Ideal for high volume, low mix production. Our processes ensure better surface-finish, quicker lead-times and a cost effective solution for Carbon Steel.

Our facilities can cater to wide array of Resin Coated Sand Testing, Micro-structure Testing, Mechanical and Chemical Testing required by American and European specifications.

SISC has 2 state of the art furnaces in house with a capacity of 2.5 tons and an attached quench tank with auto-quench capability. The furnaces and calibrated as per ASTM & API and are PLC controlled to ensure accuracy as well as repeatability.

With the ever-increasing demand for fully machined castings, we have a state-of-the-art machining facility with a wide variety of high accuracy CNC tuning and milling machines. Additionally, we have tie-ups with vendors in the vicinity that also produce high quality parts for us as and when required. This ensures we are never short on resources.
